Participants
Participants are the users who will submit answers for the quizzes that they are invited to. Each project has its own set of participants. You can add, edit, delete, and invite participants through the project's "Manage Participants" page.
Manage Participants

To access the "Manage Participants" page, open the project's menu and click the "Manage Participants" option.
Add Participant

Click on the "Add Participant" button to add a new participant.

Provide the participant's details in the form and click "Add" to add a participant.
Email - the email of the participant. This will be used to send invitation to the participant and for the participant to login and access the quizzes.
Name - the name or alias of the participant. This is used to identify the participant and will not be shown to the participant.
Remarks - this is an optional field to provide a description or additional information about the participant.
Edit Participant

To edit a participant, click on the participant's row and the "Edit Participant" form will be shown.
Delete Participants

You can delete participants by selecting the checkbox of the participants and clicking the delete button at the top right corner.
Invite Participants

You can send invites to participants by selecting the participants and clicking the "Send Invites" button at the top right corner.

The participant will receive an invitation in their email. The email will consist of:
Invitation Link - a link to log in to the project's quizzes. This is the same as the Join button but is used as a fallback when the button does not work since some email providers will disable hyperlinks.
Password - password to log in.
Join button - a hyperlink to redirect the participant to the login page. It is the same link as the invitation link.
ProjectID - the project ID that can be used to log in to the project.
Email - the email used to log in.
