Worksheets are documents for your quizzes and are grouped in a project

The worksheets allow you to tailor questions and content based on specific themes or topics. The platform provides the versatility to create, edit, and delete worksheets, enabling users to design quizzes that precisely meet their requirements. Whether developing assessments for educational contexts, training programs, or professional events, worksheets enable users to create interactive quizzes.

Manage Worksheets

Navigating into a project will show the list of worksheets in the project. On this page, you can create, edit, clone, move, and delete worksheets.

Add New Worksheet

Click on the "New Worksheet" button to create a new worksheet. Provide the worksheet name and optionally the "Start Date" and "End Date" of the worksheet.

  • The "Start Date" will block participants from submitting answers for the worksheet before the date.

  • The "End Date" will block participants from submitting answers for the worksheet after the date.

Worksheet Menu

Click on the worksheet's menu button at the top right corner of the worksheet icon to edit, clone, move, or delete the worksheet.

  • Edit - edit the worksheet's name, start and end date.

  • Clone - create a duplicate of the worksheet. Duplicating "Published" worksheet with create a "Draft" version of the worksheet.

  • Move - move the worksheet to another project.

  • Delete - delete the worksheet from the project. Deleted worksheets are not recoverable.

Sorting

Worksheets are sorted by name. If you want participants to see the worksheets listed in order, name the worksheets with the sequence in mind. For example:

  • 1-Worksheet, 2-Worksheet, 3-Worksheet

  • A-Worksheet, B-Worksheet, C-Worksheet

  • Worksheet 1, Worksheet 2, Worksheet 3,

Publishing a Worksheet

Publish Worksheet

Once you have finalized a worksheet, you can publish it. Publishing a worksheet allows participants in the project to access it. However, once a worksheet has been published, you will not be able to add, delete, or rearrange the questions in the worksheet but you can still edit it. This is to prevent invalid answers from participants' submissions due to missing or newly added questions.

When editing the worksheet, you can click on the "Preview" button at the bottom right of the screen to preview the worksheet. It will show a preview of the worksheet that the participants will see and you can interact with the worksheet, submit your answers, and view the scores for your answers.

Submissions for the preview are not stored in the database. Feel free to submit your answers to test your worksheet as many times as needed.
